If you are booking a telephone appointment, we are now able to send your prescriptions electronically. You will no longer be required to pick up paper prescriptions at the office provided that your pharmacy accepts e-Prescriptions for controlled substances. Please contact your pharmacy to determine availability.

Wednesday: CLOSED FOR PHONE APPOINTMENTS ONLY
Thursday: 2:30PM-830PM (In-Office appointments allowed only upon confirmation)
Friday: 2:30PM-5:30PM (In-Office appointments allowed only upon confirmation)

Telephone appointments are reserved for EXISTING CLIENTS.
WEDNESDAYS from 230PM-830PM strictly reserved for Telephone Appointments. Standard office visit rates apply. A credit card is required to secure a telephone appointment. Your card will not be charged until after your appointment. Please be sure to leave an accurate telephone number so that Christina can reach you at your scheduled appointment time. Please allow a twenty minute window after your scheduled time to receive your call.
